Waiting list bonus terms
Version 2026-08-21. These terms describe the welcome bonus for people who joined the waiting list. They are not legal advice.
What the bonus is
Two credits, added once to your MaltaQuotes account. A credit is what you spend to unlock one quote you have received — that is, to see who sent it and how to reach them.
Who gets it
Anyone who joined the waiting list and confirmed their email address before the campaign closed. An address collected or confirmed after the closing time is not eligible.
The interest you selected in the form — looking for a service, offering services, or both — makes no difference. The bonus is the same for everyone on the list.
When it arrives
When you create and verify a MaltaQuotes account using the same email address you confirmed, no later than the redemption deadline shown in the launch invitation. If you already had a verified account with that address, the same deadline applies. The deadline is shown with the Europe/Rome time zone.
Once per person
Two credits, once. Not two per role and not two per link:
- A MaltaQuotes account is one account whether you use it to look for services, to offer them, or both. Becoming a professional later, or a customer later, does not produce a second bonus.
- Following the invitation link twice, or having two invitations, does not produce a second bonus.
- Deleting your account and creating it again with the same address does not produce a second bonus.
This is not a promise we check by hand: the credit entry carries a key derived from your waiting-list entry, and the database refuses a second one. It cannot happen even if two requests arrive at the same instant.
What it does not affect
The bonus is on top of the ordinary free first unlock that every account gets. It does not consume it, replace it or shorten it. If you have both, you can open three quotes without paying: one free, two with the bonus credits.
After redemption
The redemption deadline only limits when the two credits can be added. Once credited, they do not expire and remain in your balance like every other MaltaQuotes credit.
What they are not
Credits are not money and are not convertible into money. They cannot be sold, transferred to another account, or refunded in cash. They are the way this site meters one specific action, and nothing else.
Abuse
The bonus is for one bonus per person. Creating several waiting-list entries with addresses you control in order to collect the bonus several times is abuse, and where we find it we may cancel the credits obtained that way and close the accounts involved. We check the ordinary signals — same origin, entries created in bulk, addresses that only exist to receive an invitation — and nothing more: we do not profile anyone and there is no automated decision that closes an account by itself.
Changes
We can change or end this offer for people who have not yet joined, by publishing a new version of this page. What has already been promised to someone already on the confirmed list is not withdrawn: if you were on the list when you read this, these are the terms that apply to you.
